Here is a fun volunteering opportunity to teach elementary school students about STEM, organized by our fellow member Steffi Acevedo and her organization SHPE.

Our second philanthropy event is on Saturday, March 3rd from 10AM-2PM with the Habitat for Humanity Restore. You must register on the Habitat for Humanity site at the following link.
The max number the Restore permits for a volunteer group is 10 people, so sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is VERY brief, so please do it ASAP if you plan on attending this philanthropy event! The coordinator has reserved this spot specifically for us, but please note that the title of the event should say “Georgia Tech Chi Epsilon Volunteer Day.”

Chi Ep will be hosting an Atlanta United gameday event for the April 15th game against New York City FC. Discounted tickets will be offered for anyone interested at 25$ (usually 40$) and everyone is welcome to join the tailgate. Ticket numbers are limited and are offered at a first come first serve basis. If interested please RSVP here.

This Thursday Willmer Engineering will be presenting in Mason 3132 from 10:45 to 11:45 am. Willmer Engineering is based in Atlanta and just celebrated its 35 year anniversary so be sure to come check out an awesome presentation!

This Saturday, February 17th, from 9 AM to 12 PM Chi Ep will be volunteering with Trees Atlanta at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody.
